If you've ever been involved in a joint creative project, whether print, video or another medium, you know that the process leading up to completion is never linear. There are twists and turns, lightbulb moments and moments that deserve a wash of red ink. But in the end, if all goes according to plan and the real magic starts to unfold, you're left in awe of what a few minds and a lot of hard work can produce.
