If you're serious about the growth and expansion of your small business, then you know you have to get serious about understanding the work habits and expectations of millennials. Millennials make up the next wave of talent in our work force, but their approach to life might be vastly different from yours if you're a GenX'er or older. So what does that mean?
Turnstone recently hosted a Small Talks in Seattle's Impact Hub around this very issue, with Zac Cohn, Amy Balliet and Forest Key hosting. We learned that millennials come from the first child-centric families; that they expect great experiences and are sponges ready to collaborate and learn from their mentor and their team.
The evening was filled with insight and a-ha moments. Check out our notes below to learn more, or find the conversation on Twitter at #smalltalksSEA.
