If you hadn't already figured it out, I absolutely love office products/supplies/accessories and anything office or work related. However, I'll be the first to admit that your typical office supplies aren't usually featured outside of your cubicle. Yes, you can buy a cool looking magnets but lately I've come across some really awesome decor and accessories that are inspired by traditional office supplies. Office inspired decor has been slowly creeping into our other spaces, and gives you a chance to worship our favorite office supplies outside of the office….woo hoo!
I'm sure we all have fond memories of paperclip bending as kids, so this lamp is both functional and fun. You may have seen this already in my "not so office lighting" post but for those whom didn't-how cool is this? I'm sure you would get a lot of awed co-workers rocking this desk lamp.
One of the most famous lines from one of the most famous office inspire movies, this print is both chic and will have everyone in your office asking where their beloved stapler has gotten to. If you're not sure what movie I'm talking about, Office Space is a classic and beloved by all office supply junkies out there like myself.
The fear of every computer using person is to spill something on their precious keyboard. Avoid the mess while poking a little fun at your laptops expense with these cool coasters. Or do what I do sometimes and use them as a place holder for your keys, phone or anything else you tend to lose easily.
Wall decals are my go-to easy wall decorations, so I definitely love these paperclip ones. They're simple and cool and would be perfect for sprucing up that blank wall above your workspace and come in a variety of colors to match the rest of the decor. This is by far my favorite out of all the pieces in this post.
Morning coffee please!
You can also go a little crazy with binder clip pants and other "office supply clothing" if you've got the obsession/addication too.
What do you think? Love seeing traditional office supplies in your decor or best left to the desktop?
